1.3 Billing: Payments for paid plans will be processed through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the App Store, including its policies on refunds and billing.
1.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes may not communicated in advance, existing subscriptions will always be honored at their original price until the end of the current billing period.

These rights are protected by law, and users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3.1 Use of the App: Your use of Cam Hero is at your sole risk. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
3.2 Payment-Related Issues: We are not liable for any issues arising from payments processed through the Apple App Store, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions or billing errors. Any such disputes must be resolved with the App Store directly.
3.3 Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cam Hero shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
